Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Exchanges

Need a different size, model, or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the product is unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used braai equipment, custom orders, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
